We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason in the future, however the app is free to use as of now. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
We store and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide you services seamlessly. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Wingolds cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or your mobile data pack has expired or if the mobile operator is not providing you mobile data for whatever reason. This can happen at the start of the game/ in between the game as well, Wingolds will not be responsible for not working properly if the issue is caused by your WiFi/ mobile data provider.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Wingolds cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the service, Wingolds cannot accept responsibility for the same.
With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Wingolds accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
1. Refer a friend and get Rs 10 for each successful referral.
2. Referral amount gets added to your referral wallet when your friend plays the 1st time.
3. You should have minimum Rs.30 in your referral wallet and also 20 games need to play to be able to transfer the amount to your Paytm account.
4. If you refer a friend and he/she wins a game, you too get 50% of the winning prize.
6. You too should have played the game that your friend won to be eligible to get 50% of the winning prize.
7. If you did not play the same game, you do not qualify for the 50% friends winning prize.
At the end of every game, Wingolds will announce winners and the prize money will be split amongst all winners.
In games above Rs. 10k Prize money top 100 fastest winners get Rs.10 Paytm cash extra.
In games below Rs. 1k Prize money top 10 fastest winners get Rs. 10 Paytm cash extra.
You also get a coin if you attempt all the questions in a quiz.
The winners will get the prize money in their Wingolds wallet automatically and subsequently they can request for a Paytm money transfer to their Paytm account, for Paytm money transfer we shall ask for PAN card details. Please keep in mind that as per government regulations, a tax of 30.9% will be deducted if an individual wins more than Rs.10,000 annually. So, in these cases, the actual prize money may be different than the prize money mentioned on the app as TDS shall be applicable for all such users. The company shall ask for your PAN card and Aadhar card details to do so.
If the company suspects any abusive activity around any of its programs including but not limited to the referrals, winning, mini quiz, mega quiz, daily live contest, participation or winning, the company will have the sole discretion to take appropriate measures including blocking the user.
